ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. To Register for Raw Material Assistance Scheme (NSIC), the applicant has to approach the National Small Industries Corporation Branch offices (BO) link
    NOTE: To find the nearest branch office, please select the office type, state and location. If there are no branch offices in their state, the applicant can make the application by visiting the branch offices of nearby states.
  2. The applicant has to download the application form from the following link. Or it can be obtained from the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the NSIC’s Nearest Branch office.
  7. The fee for this procedure is free of cost.
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
  10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  11. NSIC will make a visit to the applicant’s unit for the purpose of preliminary appraisal after submitting the form.
  12. Then, the agency will sanction a limit for the unit post inspection.
  13. After getting the sanction, the prospective beneficiary will be required to sign the agreement with NSIC.
  14. After signing the agreement, NSIC will disburse the assistance for the unit provided that a security in the form of Bank Guarantee from an approved or nationalized banks is furnished by the applicant.
  15. Once all the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office.
  16. The applicant has to visit the office to get the scheme document and further process needs to be completed.
  17. The processing time of this procedure takes up to 1 – 3 months.

  • A passport size photograph of each of the Proprietor / Directors / Partners / Society office bearers.
  • A Copy of GST registration certificate
  • PAN Card of the Firm / Proprietor
  • A Copy of latest ITR of the Company/Firm /Directors/Partners/Proprietor
  • Self-attested statement of personal assets and liabilities along with the residential address of Proprietor/Directors/Partners/Society office bearers.
  • A Copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • Specimen signatures of authorized signatory attested by bank.
  • A Copy of sanction letter for credit limit sanctioned by the FIs/ banks.
  • Audited/Provisional financial statements of the unit – last year/current year
  • Bank statement of the unit for the last six months.
  • A Copy of the latest Electricity Bill.
  • Conduct Report of Account of the unit with Banks and financial institution
  • A Copy of orders in hand, in case of enhancement of limit beyond five crores
