Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. A valid seed license holder shall apply for changing the address of office/godown of the firm, Addition of New Godown, Change in name and address of responsible person etc.
2. Applicant should go to their respective office (from where the license was obtained) of the licensing officer to apply.

4. Please collect the appropriate application form as per officer’s advice or write on a A4 sheet.
5. Submit the completed application with required documents as mentioned in our required documents session.
6. After accepting the application, officials will advise the amount to be remitted.
7. Applicant shall pay the mentioned amount as applicable.
8. Applicant will get receipt for the remitted fees. Please keep the receipt and acknowledgement safe for future reference.
9. This application will be processed by the authority.
10. Respective authority will do site verification if there is change in premises/godown to submit site verification report.
11. Based on the report/recommendation, registering authority will issue updated certificate.
12. Applicant gets intimation to collect the License.
13. On the said date, applicant can collect the license.

Apply Online:

1. To Change or Update Seed Sale Licence or Permit, the applicant shall visit the website in the link provided:Link
2. The applicant shall log in through the web portal mentioned under the "Login" option and provide the required information for the process.
3. After login, the applicant shall choose an appropriate option to obtain the license and proceed further.
4. The applicant shall fill up the application form with all the necessary details on a newly opened page and complete the given application form.
5. Now the applicant shall upload scanned copies of all the "Required Documents" for further processing.
6. Once the documents are uploaded, provide the mobile number and enter the received OTP.
7. Now click on "Submit" and complete the process.
8. On successful verification, the license will be issued by the authority.
9. Obtain the license from the concerned office or the portal.

Apply through Centres:

1. To Change or Update Seed Sale Licence or Permit, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
2. Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the process.
3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
5. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
6. On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.
