  1. If the applicant wants to apply to immigrate by working in a specific agri-food industry and occupation, the applicant will need to approach Immigration and Citizenship Canada. Here is the contact Link
  2. The applicant will need to fill out an application package. Click on the following link to download the application forms Link
  3. The applicant must have a job offer and must meet the work experience requirements. Click on the link under the “Eligibility” section for further information.
  4. Fill in the application form on the computer, click on the “Validate” button to ensure that all details are entered correctly.
  5. The applicant will have to print the completed application form on non-glossy paper.
  6. The application will have a barcode; attach this on top of the completed application form.
  7. The applicant will need to submit all the documents mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  8. The applicant will need to place the document checklist on top, as the cover of their application package. Here is the checklist Link
  9. The applicant will need to make a fee payment, the fee for this procedure is mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page. Attach a copy of the fee receipt to the completed application form.
  10. Submit the application forms by mailing them or by courier to the address mentioned under this page's “Office Locations and Contacts” section. Find the mailing format under the “Information which might help” section of this page.
  11. The applicant will need to submit biometric information. The applicant will receive a letter telling them to submit biometric information after they submit the application.
  12. The applicant will receive a call from immigration and be given further instructions.
  13. The application form will be reviewed and if the applicant meets the eligibility requirements, they will be accepted for the program.
