Apply Online

  1. To Submit Individual Income Tax Return (DIRPF), the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. The applicant has to enter the details and click the “CONSULTAR”
  3. The applicant needs to fill out the online registration form with personal information, including full name, date of birth, nationality, and other required details.
  4. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
  6. Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
  7. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  8. Then the application will be processed further. They will assess the reasons for seeking a mineral and verify the provided documentation.
  9. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  10. If the applicant's tax return indicates that the individual owes taxes, has to arrange to make the payment according to the instructions provided by the Receita Federal.
  11. Thereupon the applicant has to save copies of the submitted tax return and all supporting documentation for records.
  12. This entire process can be completed within 20 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
