Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Get Access the Registration and Petition System (CADSEI), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “Start” button.
3. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “register” button.
4. Tick the declaration and followed by clicking the “To accept”
5. The applicant has to enter all the details for the registration process.
6. Also, upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. After completing the details click the “Submit” button.
8. The applicant will receive the username and password by the registered email ID.
9. Now the applicant has to log in with the username and password and click the “To enter” button.
10. The applicant has to click the “Legal entities” button.
11. The applicant has to select the form from the menu list.
12. Enter all the details in the application form.
13. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
14. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
15. Once completed with all the details click the “Save” button.
16. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
17. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
18. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
19. For further process, the applicant has to follow the instruction given by the officer.
20. This entire process can be completed within 2 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
