Apply In Person

  1. The Ministry of Health & Awareness (MoH), Department of Public Health office with the aid of public and private registered hospitals and clinics offers services such as Medical Services that includes’ Pharmacy Services. MoH Contact & Map Details.
  2. Patients that require Pharmacy Services can obtain such services from local health centres/clinics, which are small hospitals with minimal facilities, yet they offer services like the big hospitals.
  3. Pay the General consultation fee as mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page, at the cashier's office and obtain a payment receipt, submit the receipt to the registration section, and obtain a registration card.
  4. Head to the consultation waiting section and wait for your name to be called. The doctor will then examine and diagnose you and issue the patient with a prescription slip.
  5. Head to the cashier office and submit the prescription slip and pay the prescribed fee and obtain a payment receipt, then head to the pharmacy section and submit the prescription slip and payment receipt to be verified by the pharmacist, who will then issue the patient will the prescribed medicine/drugs and instruct the patient on how to take or administer the medicine.

  • Citizens and non-citizens of all ages are eligible to obtain these services.

  • General consultation for locals in government/public clinics is 5 Pula. Children under five years of age and elders above 65 years do not pay consultation fees.
  • Other services Fees the patients should consult with the clinic cashier office.
