Apply In-Person:

  1. To Obtain Land Holding Certificate in Bihar, the applicant has to approach the Right to public service link
  2. The applicant has to get the form from the respective office.
  3. Please fill the application form with essential information and details and it should be attested by the authorized officer of the facility with seal.
  4. The applicant should make sure to carry all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
  5. Applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the form and attach the photocopies of the documents that are needed along with the application form before submitting.
  6. Complete filled form and the required documents should submit to the respective department.
  7. The fee for this procedure is mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
  8. After verification, the application will be issued with the acknowledgement receipt with the application number, which can be later used to verify the application status.
  9. The applicant can download the certificate from the official website link
    NOTE: To download the certificate, the applicant has to use the official web portal and click on “Certificate Web copy” option. Then enter the unique application number and click on the “print” button to download/print Land holding certificate in online.
  10. The processing time for this procedure is within 15 days.

Step 2: The applicant has to click on to the “Application Status” option.
Step 3: By clicking on “Application Status” the applicant can click on the desired option to know the application status.
Step 4: The applicant has to enter the ID to check the status of the application.
