Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. The applicant has to submit an application form to the Department of Agriculture.
2. Visit the following Contact Details Contact Link.
3. The Applicant can download the Form from the following Form Link.
4. Complete the application form with all details.
5. After filling in all the details submit the application form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Department of Agriculture along with the corresponding Fee.
6. The permission will be granted to the applicant after approval.
7. At the port of entry, the applicant presents the exporting country's permit and phyto-sanitary certificate to an Agricultural Officer or Customs Officer.
