Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To Obtain Import Export Permit for Companion Bird the applicant must submit completed form with the prescribed fee and supporting documents to the Import Domestic Animals.
2. The applicant can download the form from the below link: Form Link.
3. The form has to be filled with all details and duly signed and submitted to the Import Domestic Animals and pays the relevant fees.
4. Once the documents are approved, the applicant is issued with the permit.
5. The Applicant submits the Companion Bird Permit to an Agricultural Officer and Customs Officer at the port of entry or departure.

• BS$10.00 processing fee.
• BS$5.00 faxing fee, if required
  

Validity

Permits are valid for fourteen days. Expiry dates are specified on each Permit.
