Apply In-Person:

  1. To Obtain Event and Vendor License or Permit from Police, has to visit any nearest office of the Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF) in his/her state of residence. The address and contact details of police offices across the country can be found in the following link address details
  2. Visit the office and get an application form for Event and Vendor License.
  3. Complete the application form with appropriate information under relevant sections.
  4. Once completed filling the application form, make sure that you have attached all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
  5. Then, submit it in person to the relevant authority at the office.

  • Applicant’s: Name, Date of Birth and Address
  • Document for Non-Bahamian Applicant
  • Copy of Passport
  • Police Record
  • Valid Letter from The Department of Environmental Health Services (only for the sale of food)
  • Valid Government issued Health Certificate (Only for the sale of food)
  • Valid Letter of Permission granting authorization for use of Space/Property (Government or Private)
  • One Passport Size Photo
