Arunachal Pradesh - Online Apply for Temporary Residence Certificate (TRC)

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In this page please click “Login” option at the right corner of the page for registration. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 4 : Now click “Don’t have an account? Register HERE” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : Complete the registration form and click “Validate” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : Now enter the Email and SMS OTP in the appropriate textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : In this page you can see the confirmation message about your registration process. Now go back to the login page to avail the service.

Step 8 : Now enter your username and password in the textbox and click “Log In” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 9 : Now click “View all available services” option under “Apply for services” section on the left side of the page. In the search box type as "temporary" which is pointed out by RED arrow. Now choose “Application for issuing of Temporary Resident Certificate” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 10 : Now you have to download the listed form. Then upload the filled form in the upcoming “Attach Enclosures” section. Now click “Proceed to apply” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to apply.

Step 11 : Please complete the application form with valid details.

Step 12 : Now click the checkbox against “I Agree” which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Then enter the verification text in the textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in Red.

Step 13 : Upon submission, the applicant will receive acknowledgement as the confirmation of submission.

Step 14 : After verification, the applicant can obtain the certificate from the concerned authority with the help of acknowledgement slip or the applicant can download the certificate from the portal.
