Arunachal Pradesh - Online Apply PAN Card through UTITSL
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Applying PAN Card through UTITSL
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please choose the mode through which you wish to process the PAN application. Also select the “Status of the Applicant” from the dropdown menu. Then choose the PAN card mode and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Please note the reference number displayed in the screen for future reference and click “Ok” tab which is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 5 : Now complete the Personal Details section with valid details. Then click “Next Step” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 6 : Now you have to select the identity proof, address proof and birth proof documents from the dropdown menu. Then click “Next Step” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : In this page please complete contact and parent details. Then click “Next Step” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 8 : Now please complete address details section. Also choose the source of income. Then click “Next Step” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 9 : In this page please click “Get AO Details” tab which is highlighted in RED to get the AO Code. Also complete representative assessee address details and declaration section. Then click “Next Step” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 10 : Now you have to upload the documents, signature and photograph by clicking “Choose File” tab which is highlighted in Yellow under each section. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : To make payment click “Make Payment” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 12 : Now you will be directed to the payment gateway. Look for the amount to be paid. Choose any one of the payment gateway option. Then click “Confirm Payment” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : In this page please choose the payment option as applicable to you. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 14 : After few days of submission the applicant will receive acknowledgement through SMS.
- Step 15 : PAN card will be sent through post to the registered address.
