Arunachal Pradesh - Online Apply PAN Card through UMANG Application


Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Applying PAN Card through UTITSL
Step 2 : Please use the following link to download the application : UMANG Application.
Step 3 : In this page please choose the applicable option based on your OS to download the UMANG app.

Step 4 : After the installation process, open the app and choose your language on which you want to process. Then click the checkbox after reading the terms and conditions. Now click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : Now click “Register” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to register yourself and apply for PAN card.

Step 6 : In this page enter your mobile number and click the checkbox after reading the terms and conditions. Then click “Register” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : Now enter the OTP received in your mobile and click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 8 : To find the PAN card option, please click on the search icon at the top of the screen. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 9 : Now type as “PAN card” in the search bar. Choose “Apply for New PAN Card (49A)” option from the listed services. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 10 : In this page please select applicable option using which you wish to apply for PAN card. It is advisable to choose “eKYC” option. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 11 : Now read the guidelines carefully and click “Proceed” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 12 : In this page you have to enter your personal details. After completing this section please click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 13 : Now complete Address Details section with valid details and click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 14 : In this page please choose the option based on your income status and click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 15 : In case of minor, you have to provide the details about the Representative Assessee in this section. Then click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 16 : Now complete the Identity Proof section and choose the option for declaration from the dropdown menu. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 17 : Now you will be asked to preview the details entered. If there is no change, click “Yes” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Now your application form will be submitted.

Step 18 : After successful submission of your application form you will receive the confirmation message along with the application number. Please note down your application number for future reference. Then click “Make Payment” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 19 : In this page the amount to be paid will be displayed. “PayU” is the only payment gateway to make payment. Now click “Pay” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 20 : Now choose the payment option from the list of available options.

Step 21 : After few days of submission the applicant will receive the acknowledgement through SMS.
Step 22 : PAN card will be sent through post to the registered address.
