Arunachal Pradesh - Online Apply Cracker and Explosive License
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Cracker and Explosive License
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Now you will be provided with the login page. If you are a registered user, then enter your Login id and Password and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. If you are a new user, then click “New User?” which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 4 : If you click “New User?” you will be taken to the registration page where you have to enter all the mandatory details and click the checkbox highlighted in RED. Then click “I accept. Create my account” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : After successful registration, you will receive a pop-up message as shown in the below image. Please click “OK” tab to proceed further.
- Step 6 : Again you will be taken to the login page where you have to enter the valid credentials to make login into the portal. After successful login, you will receive an OTP to the registered mobile number as well as to the registered Email ID. Please enter the OTP in the text box and click “Verify” tab which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now you will be provided with the home page where you have to select “New Application” section which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 8 : In this page select the applicable option from the dropdown menu and click “Apply” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Now complete “Licensee Details” section with valid details and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Then complete “Site Details” section with valid details and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : Also complete “Annexture Details” section with valid details and click “Add” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 12 : Then complete “AE 1 -> Form 3(Other Details)” section with valid details and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : Now complete “Explosives Details” section with valid details and click “Add” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 14 : Then complete “Drawing and Document Details” section with valid details and click “Add” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 15 : Now complete “Technical Person” section with valid details and click “Add” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 16 : Also complete “Auth. Persons” section with valid details and click “Add” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 17 : Now complete “NoC Details” section with valid details and click “Add” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 18 : Then complete “Indemnity Bond” section with valid details and click “Add” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 19 : Also complete “DE1 -> Form 17” section with valid details and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 20 : Now click “Apply to Office” section and select the office from the dropdown menu. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 21 : Then complete “Payment Details” section with valid details and click “Accept” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Then click the checkbox highlighted in RED and click “Pay Now” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image

- Step 22 : Now click “Save & Submit” section. Here you can find the status of each section. If there is a RED cross mark against any of the section then you can visit that section and do the correction. Then click “Save and Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 23 : Finally you will reach “Print” section. Now you have to print the application form by clicking “Print” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 24 : Now you have to sign and stamp on the printed application form. Then you have to attach the required documents.
- Step 25 : Then send the signed application along with enclosures to the office address you have selected.
- Step 26 : Your application will be processed only after the receipt of signed application along with enclosures is verified.
