Step 2 : Please use the following link to register your complaint online : Register Complaint through APEPDCL.

Step 3 : In this page please your 8 or 16 digit SC number in the textbox and click “SUBMIT” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 4 : Now you will be taken to a page where you have to fill all the necessary details to register your complaint.

Step 5 : Please follow the screen instructions and complete the procedure as appropriate.

Step 6 : After completion of complaint registration process, you will receive the complaint ID.

Step 7 : Use the complaint ID to track the status of your complaint.
