Andhra Pradesh - Online Raise request for Shifting Electric Transformer

Step 2 : To start the complaint registration process the applicant shall visit the Eastern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh website in the following link: Apply Online.

Step 3 : On the homepage, click on the “LT Consumer Services” option highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 4 : Fill in the details in the complaint form. In the “Request Type” section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 5 : Next, click on the “Other Consumer Services” option which is pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below from the list.

Step 6 : In the “Complaint Type” section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 7 : In the list, select “Pole Shifting” option which is pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 8 : Enter the reasons for the shifting in the “Compliant Details” section.

Step 9 : Then enter the “CAPTCHA” in the box highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 10 : Finally, click on the “Submit” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 11 : You will receive “Complaint ID” after the registration.

Step 12 : You have to save these details for future verification and reference purposes.
