Andhra Pradesh - Online Permission for Film Shooting

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to get Permission for Film Shooting

Step 2 : To start your application process, the applicant shall visit the Andhra Pradesh Film, Television and Theatre Development Corporation website in the below link to sign up: Apply Online.

Step 3 : Fill in the sign-up form by entering the required details and create your password. Click on the small box next to “I accept terms & conditions” which is pointed with a “Yellow” arrow and click on the “Submit” button highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : You will be redirected to the Login Page with the message “Your account has been created successfully, like the image below.

Step 5 : Confirmation mail will be sent to your registered mail id with your registered credentials like the image below.

Step 6 : Please revisit the login page and enter your credentials and click on the “Login” button, which is highlighted with “Red” in the below image .

Step 7 : On the dashboard, click on the “Submit New Request” option, which is highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 8 : Fill out the details in “Production House Information” and click on the “Next” button highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 9 : Next, fill out the details in “Producer/Applicant Information” and click on the “Next” button highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 10 : Next, the “Film Information” section appears. fill out the details and click on the “Next” button highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 11 : In the “Artistes Information,” fill the necessary details of all the artists involved in the shooting process. To add more artists to the list, click the “Add Row” button highlighted in “Yellow.” Once all the artist details are entered, click on the “Next” button highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 12 : As a final step, fill out the “Location Information” section and click on the “Next” button highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 13 : The applicant has to pay a caution deposit online. The amount to be paid will appear on the screen, and click on the “Submit” button highlighted in “YELLOW” in the below image to proceed towards payment.

Step 14 : You can pay through net banking or credit/debit cards. Once the payment is successful, the application will automatically be submitted.

Step 15 : After verification of the application, the application is approved by APSFTVTDC. After approval, the shooting permission order is forwarded to concerned Departments / PSUs for taking necessary action.

Step 16 : As per recommendations received from APSFTVTDC, concerned Departments / PSUs shall allow the Producers / Agencies of Film / Tv Films to complete their film scenes / songs shooting.
