Step 2 : To apply online visit the official website of bill desk: Apply Online.

Step 3 : In the given page please select “Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply…” option from the drop down list against “Water”. Scroll down to the bottom, and choose the bank from the drop down list against “Payment Through” and click “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : Consumer will be taken to the respective bank online transaction page.

Step 5 : Please check the details and follow the onscreen information and instructions to make online payment as applicable.

Step 6 : Please save the system generated acknowledgement at the end for future reference.
