Andhra Pradesh - Online Obtain Small or Marginal Farmer Certificate

Step 2 : To apply online for a Small/Marginal Farmer Certificate, visit the link: Meeseva Portal

Step 3 : If you are a new user, register a new account by selecting, “New Registration” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image on the left side of the page.

Step 4 : Now you will be directed to the registration page, Fill your details and click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to register.

Step 5 : Now enter the OTP and captcha in the textboxes and click “Confirm” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : Now open your email and activate your meeseva account by clicking the link. Go back to the login page by clicking “Back to Home” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : Log with your username and password and click on the “Sign In” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 8 : Now choose “Issue of Small / Marginal Farmer Certificate” under Revenue Department services.

Step 9 : Fill all the required details in the displayed application form.

Step 10 : Upload the scanned copies of all the required documents.

Step 11 : Check for any corrections to be made before submitting the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.

Step 12 : Pay the required processing fee for which you will receive the online receipt.

Step 13 : After successful submission of your application, you will receive the acknowledgement message through sms.

Step 14 : Your application will be further processed and you will be notified through sms if your application gets rejected.

Step 15 : If your application is accepted, your certificate will be ready within the processing time. You could check the status or download the certificate from the Application Status Option available in the dashboard of your account.
