Andhra Pradesh - Online Obtain License or Permit to Open a School


Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to obtain License or Permit to Open a School
Step 2 : To start your application process the applicant shall visit the Andhra Pradesh Directorate of School Education website in the following link: Apply Online.
Step 3 : On the home page, under “SCHOOLS - CORNER” option, please click on the “CLICK HERE” option pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image to get a pop-op option page.

Step 4 : Here, under “PRIVATE SCHOOL REGISTRATION, APPLICATION STATUS & REPORTS” option, select the “CLICK HERE” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 5 : Under the “SCHOOLS CORNER” section, click on the “PRIVATE SCHOOL REGISTRATION” option, pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 6 : In the next page, under the “Select Option” section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 7 : Select “New User” option in list displayed as shown in the below image to get the “reference ID” along with the following message “THIS IS YOUR GENERATED REFERENCE ID :”. Please save this “reference ID” for future reference.

Step 8 : Next, under the “TYPE OF RECOGINITION” section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 9 : In the list displayed, select “Opening Permission” option as shown in the image below.

Step 10 : Then, fill in the remaining sections of the e-application. Proceed to process the other sections including “PERMISSION FOR THE YEAR, EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, 1.SCHOOL BASIC DETAILS*, 2.CORRESPONDENT DETAILS*, INSPECTION PARTICULARS*, SCHOOL ACCOMMODATION*, STAFF DETAILS and AVAILABILITY OF FACILITIES IN THE SCHOOL*”as appropriate. Please upload the required documents as applicable at the respective prompts.
Step 11 : Once all the above stated steps are complete, then use the “Final Submit” button to submit this application online. Please follow the resulting on screen information to get the printout of this application.
Step 12 : Once the application is printed, attach all the required documents as per our “Required Documents” section (under “Set of documents for affiliation”) of this page. Make an additional duplicate set of your application for future referral at the time of inspection or in case of any cross verification requirements.
Step 13 : Please go to the office of the respective district’s department of education (DoE) and submit the application set to the designated authority and follow the authorities guidelines. The concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set.
