Andhra Pradesh - Online Obtain License for Management and Handling of E-Waste

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to obtain License for Management and Handling of E-Waste

Step 2 : To start your application process the applicant shall visit the Andhra Pradesh Online Consent Management & Monitoring System (OCMMS) website in the following link to sign up: Apply Online.

Step 3 : If you already have an Industry registration, select the “Authorization Login” radio button pointed by a “GREEN” arrow and enter your User ID and Password. Then, enter the “Captcha Code” in the box highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 4 : Then click on the “Login” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 5 : Else, make a new registration by clicking on “New Authorization Registration” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 6 : In the application form displayed, fill in the “Industry Details” as shown in the below image.

Step 7 : Fill in the remaining details under “Industry Details” and click on the “NEXT” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 8 : Fill in the details in “Occupier Details” section. Under the “Hint Question” section click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image to select your hint question.

Step 9 : Enter the “Captcha” in the box highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 10 : After To get your login credentials through mail, select “yes” as pointed with a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 11 : After filling in all the details, click on the “SAVE” button pointed with a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image to submit the application.

Step 12 : After submission, your user id and temporary password will be created and displayed on your screen as shown in the below image.

Step 13 : Revert back to the homepage. Now choose “Authorization Login” highlighted in “RED.” Then enter your user ID, password and the “Captcha Code” and click on the “Login” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 14 : On the next screen, enter your old password and create a new password for your account and click on the “update” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 15 : Repeat the steps by logging in by choosing “Authorization Login” option highlighted in “RED”. Then enter your user ID and new password in the textbox. Enter the captcha and click “Login” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 16 : On the homepage, under the “Waste Management” tab click on the “Apply Authorization” button highlighted in “RED” then select “E-Waste” option in the drop-down menu highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 17 : Then click on the “Apply For E-Waste” option highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 18 : Now, select either “Manufacturer or Refurbisher” or “Dismantler or Recycler” check box in the next page and click “Proceed” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 19 : Under the “General” section, fill in the details required as shown in the image below.

Step 20 : Next, click on the “Product” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 21 : You can “Add”, View” and even “Delete” your product details which you enter under “Installed Capacity in MT/Year “ and “E-Waste Processed during last three years” as shown in the below image.

Step 22 : Next, click on the “Waste Management” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 23 : You can “Add”, View” and even “Delete” the details which you are asked to enter under “Waste generation Details in processing E-Waste“ and “Disposal Details of residue” as shown in the below image.

Step 24 : Then, click on the “Manufacture/Refurbisher” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below and upload the details as per requirement.

Step 25 : To upload documents in the “Details of facilities for Storage/Handling/Treatment/Refurbishing” section and “In case of renewal of authorization previous authorization number and date and details of annual returns” section click on the “Choose file” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 26 : Then, click on the “Other” button pointed by a “RED” as shown in the image below and upload the details as per requirement.

Step 27 : To upload documents in the “Occupational safety and health aspects Details ” section and “Any other Information of relevance” section click on the “Choose file” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 28 : Then, click on the “Documents” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the image below.

Step 29 : Click on the “Upload” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image to upload your required documents.

Step 30 : To upload the “Consent Copy”, “Site Plan”, “Flow Chart”, “Project Details” documents, click on the “Choose File” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 31 : After uploading all the documents click on the “Save” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 32 : Select “In Complete” button pointed by a “RED” arrow and Click “Save” button highlighted in “GREEN” as shown in the below image, so that the details can be saved and edited later at convenience.

Step 33 : After reviewing the application, click on “Completed” radio button pointed by a “RED” arrow and then click on the “Save” button highlighted in “GREEN” as shown in the below image to submit the application.

Step 34 : After successful submission of the application, it will be taken to the glance of concerned officials for verification and further processes.

Step 35 : If the authorities find any mistake in the application or documents attached, it will be returned to the industry and the industry can find it in the “Completed Application” tab in the OCMMS module.

Step 36 : And if the authorization has been sanctioned, the User can view and download the certificate in OCMMS module.
