Andhra Pradesh - Online Obtain Family Member Certificate

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Family Member Certificate

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In this page click “New Registration” option at the left side of the page to create an account. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.

Step 4 : Now enter all the necessary details for registration and click “Submit” tab at the bottom of the page, which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : Now enter the OTP and captcha in the textboxes and click “Confirm” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : Now open your email and activate your meeseva account by clicking the link. Go back to the login page by clicking “Back to Home” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : After login, click “LIST OF SERVICES” menu highlighted in Yellow in the left side of the page. Then click “REVENUE DEPARTMENT” option highlighted in Yellow. Then choose “FAMILY MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE” which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.

Step 8 : Now you will be taken to the application form page where you have to fill all the mandatory details, upload documents and click “Show payment” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 9 : After successful payment process, click “Submit” tab to proceed further.

Step 10 : Once the application form is submitted, officer verifies the application and approves with digital signature.

Step 11 : You will be notified when the process is complete.

Step 12 : After completion a digital certificate will be generated.
