Andhra Pradesh - Online Complaint about Quality of Water (Industrial)

Step 1 : To register your complaint applicant shall visit the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board website in the below link to sign up: Apply Online.

Step 2 : On the homepage, click on the “Grievances/Complaints/Feedback” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 4 : Fill in the details asked in the Grievance form. Under the “Category” section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image to select which type of applicant you are.

Step 5 : Now, click on the type of applicant you are by clicking on option from the list displayed under “Category” as shown in the below image.

Step 6 : Under the “Type” section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 7 : Now, click on the type of complaint you are making by clicking on the “Public Grievances/Complaints” pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 8 : Under the “Grievance Category” section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 9 : Now, click on the “Industrial Water Pollution” option from the list pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 10 : Under the “Sub-Category” section, click on the drop down box pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 11 : Now, click on the sub category of your complaint by clicking on the appropriate option from the list displayed under “Sub-Category” as shown in the below image.

Step 12 : Fill in the below details of your complaint in the “Description” box.

Step 13 : Fill in the remaining details. Upload evidences or lab reports (if any) by clicking on the “Choose File” button pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image and upload the document.

Step 14 : Enter the “CAPTCHA” in the given box highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 15 : Finally, click on the “Submit” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 16 : A pop up box with the message “Public Grievances/Complaints/Suggestions Details Submitted Successfully” will appear. Click on the “OK” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 16 : A “Reference Id” will be generated when the complaint is successfully registered. Note it down for further reference.

Step 17 : To check the status of your complaint, revisit the Pollution Control website: Complaint Status.

Step 18 : On the homepage, click on the “Grievances/Complaints/Feedback” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below.

Step 19 : Scroll down and click on the “Click Here: To Track the Status of Grievance/Complaint” option pointed by a “RED” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 20 : Enter the “Reference ID” in the box given and click on the “Submit” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image to know your complaint status.

Step 21 : Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.
