Andhra Pradesh - Online Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter for (APEPDCL)
Apply Online (APEPDCL):

- Step 2 :To apply online visit the official website of Eastern power: Apply Online.
- Step 3 :Click on “Customers” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 4 :Now Click on the “Complaint Related” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image and then click on the “Register A Complaint” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 5 :Click on the “CLICK HERE” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to request a call.

- Step 6 :Enter your name, contact number and request type as “Meter Related” and Click on “SUBMIT” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 7 :The responsible officer will assign the task to the concerned department/officials and see to it that the problem is attended to immediately.
- Step 8 :Upon successful registration, a unique registration number will be generated and provided to the customer, which is to be retained for status enquiry.
- Step 9 :After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
