Andaman and Nicobar - Online Obtain Renewable Energy Certificate

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to obtain renewable energy certificate

Step 2 : To Obtain Renewable Energy Certificate , please go to online portal using the link: Apply Online

Step 3 : In the given page please select “RE Generators” hyperlink which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below on the right side of the screen.

Step 4 : In the given page please complete the required details and Click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 5 : After submitting, You will receive an acknowledgement through your mail, which is provided with your “User Id”. Follow the instructions given in this page.

Step 6 : In the received mail, make a note of your “Username” and click on “here” hyperlink which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 7 : Now, you will directed to a window to Reset your Password. Enter your “User Name, “Email id” and then enter the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password”. Next enter Captcha as given in the related image and finally click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 8 : A new screen with RE Generator’s successful signup confirmation will be provided. Please select “Please click here to login” hyperlink which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 9 : Next login using your login credentials and Click on the “Login” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 10 : You will get an interface on your display with details. Click on the “Proceed to website” button which is pointed in “RED” arrow in the image below.

Step 11 : Here you will be asked to change your password again. Please do accordingly and click on “Change Password” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below.

Step 12 : You receive a pop-up on your display that you have successfully changed your password. Now click on “OK” button which is pointed in “RED” arrow in the image below.

Step 13 : Now, you will find a login page, enter your User Name/Login ID, Password and Captcha Code and hit on “Login” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 14 : You will receive an interface again with the details. Click on “Proceed to website” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

Step 15 : Now you will taken to a window to view your account details. Here on the top left corner click on “Apply for Accreditation” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 16 : A new screen will be provided. Please complete the session prompts as applicable for “Owner detail, Operator detail, Station detail, Connectivity…, Metering details, Clearance details, General details, Fees & Charges, Enclosures” one by one and hit “Next” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below at the bottom of each session.

Step 17 : In the resulting declaration session, please complete the page requirements and hit “Submit for Accreditation” button.

Step 18 : User will get a popup for confirmation. Please click “OK” button.

Step 19 : Applicant gets acknowledgement page. Please save it for future reference.

Step 20 : This application will be processed by the respective state agency.

Step 21 : Please look for the notification from the department and follow their guidelines to complete the registration process.

Note:

• In case, the Applicant has multiple RE generation projects then, separate Applications will have to be submitted by the Applicant for each RE generation project.
  
• The eligible entities shall apply to the central agency for certificates within Six months after corresponding generation from eligible renewable energy projects provided that the online application for issuance of certificates may be made on 10th /20th or last day of the month.
