Procedure[edit]
Online:
- You may apply for a duplicate vehicle registration certificate through IMT's Online Services .
- Click the link - SOIS - Log in
- Simply follow the instructions on how to complete your online request.
In person:
- You may also apply for the procedure in person by going to an IMT service counter or by visiting a Citizen Shop counter that provides the service.
- Make sure that you bring your vehicle identification document.
- Complete the required forms and submit it together with all other required documents.

- Vehicle identification document: Booklet and title deed registration or registration certificate;
- Applicant's identification document;
- Completed Form Model 9 and Model 10 IMT ;(in duplicate)
- Tax Identification Number.

You may send your request to obtain a duplicate vehicle registration certificate online or in person by visiting an IMT service counter or a Citizen Shop counter that provide the service.
