Step – 1 – Exam Registration
- To Register as Physician, the applicant has to complete the application through the Professional Regulation Commission or tap the following link
- The applicant has to click the “I Agree” button under the Registration.
- The applicant has to enter the details and click the “Register” button.
- Then click the “CLICK HERE TO VALIDATE EMAIL” and continue entering the details and clicking the “Submit” button.
- Now move on to the sign-in and enter the email address & password and click the “Sign-in” button.
- The applicant has to enter all the personal details and click the “SAVE INFORMATION”
- Now upload the image and click the “UPLOAD IMAGE”
- Enter the details about the examination and click the “PROCEED”
- For initial registration enter the application number and click the PROCEED”
- Complete all the sections of renewal, duplicate, e-oath and certification, and click the “PROCEED” button.
- The applicant has to fix the date of the appointment and click the “Proceed” button.
- Also, the applicant has to complete the fee process online and click the “Next” button.
- The applicant can check the payment details and click “Confirm Payment”.
- Finally, the applicant can print the certificate application, initial registration, fee receipt, duplicate certificate anything by clicking the “PRINT DOCUMENT”.
Step – 2 Schedules of Examination
- The applicant can use the following link to check the schedules of examination with all the details link
- Click the “Schedule of examination” based on the year.
- Now the applicant can check all the details of examination and centres.
Step – 3 Room Assignment
- To check the details of room assignment, the applicant has to use the following link
- View all the details based on the licensure examination.
Step – 4 EXAMINATION
- The applicant has to visit the center on the date of the examination.
- The applicant has to bring the transcript of the record.
- After completing the exam, the applicant has to wait for the result.
- For exam results click the “here” button from the following link
- Now the applicant has to enter the details and click the “Verify” button.
- The applicant gets the result from the page.
Step – 5 - CERTIFICATION
- The respective officer will check the exam results and the following application copy and fee.
- The officer will contact the applicant to collect the certificate from the office.
- The applicant has to visit the office with the acknowledgment slip to collect the certificate.

For Prelims Only (For those enrolled as Medical Student in a Commission on Higher Education (CHED) recognized Medical Schools:
- Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate;
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants);
- Transcript of Record (TOR) and
- Good Moral Character from the Dean of College of Medicine
For Physician Licensure Examination (Final Complete):
A. Filipino Citizen Who Obtained Medical Degree from Philippine Medical Schools:
- PSA Birth Certificate;
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants);
- Two (2) Certificates of Good Moral Character from any two (2) of the following:
- Medical School where he/she graduated from
- Hospital / Institution where he/she completed his/her internship
- Indigenous Community/Parish where he/she belongs
- Transcript of Records (TOR);
- Diploma of MD Degree or its equivalent; and
- Certificate of Post Graduate Internship issued by a hospital accredited by the Association of Philippine Medical College (APMC).
B. For Filipino Citizen Who Obtained Medical Degree from Foreign Medical School:
- PSA Birth Certificate;
- PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants);
- Two (2) Certificates of Good Moral Character from any of the following:
- Medical School where he/she graduated from (current status)
- Hospital / Institution where he/she completed his/her internship
- Previous employment
- Parish Priest
- International Police
- Barangay
- Diploma of MD Degree or equivalent;
- Original or authenticated copy of the TOR or equivalent document of the course for the licensure examination issued by the institution of higher learning where the applicant graduated;
- Certificate of Equivalency issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) stating that the course taken by the applicant is equivalent to the Doctor of Medicine course offered in Philippine Schools of Medicine; and
- Certificate of Post Graduate Internship issued by a hospital accredited by the Association of Philippine Medical College (APMC) or Certificate of Equivalency issued by CHED.
An examinee who fails for the third (3rd) time shall be required to submit Certificate of Completion of a refresher course in a recognized medical school or college and current two (2) certificates of Good Moral Character from the Medical School where he/she graduated from and Hospital/Institution where he/she completed his/her internship before he/she shall be allowed to take the examinations.
