- To Apply for endorsement for Special Investor's Resident Visa (SIRV), the applicant has to approach the BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
- The applicant has to visit the office to complete the further process.
- This entire process can be completed within 4 – 5 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

- ID proof (Birth Certificate, national Identity card, etc)
- Address proof (Driving license, passbook, utility bill, etc)
- Notarized copy of the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the enterprise where you invested
- Copy of the enterprise's Certificate of Registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Copy of the enterprise's Board Resolution approving your investment
- Copy of the enterprise's IPP registration
- An original or certified true copy of your passport with a valid visa
- Clearance from the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) or police clearance from your country of origin
- Any other documents (If required)

EligibilityEdit
- To be eligible for a SIRV, the applicant must invest a minimum of USD 75,000 in an enterprise in the Philippines, which is included in the Investment Priorities Plan (IPP) of the government.

- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
ValidityEdit
- The SIRV is initially valid for one year and may be renewed every year thereafter.
