ProcedureEdit

Apply Online:

  1. The genuineness of the certificate can be authenticated from this portal: Link to Portal.
  2. Click on “Scan QR code” and wait for the page to load.
  3. A notification will prompt you to activate your device’s camera.
  4. Click on the “Allow” button to permit access for camera to scan the code.
  5. Point the camera to the QR code on the certificate issued and scan.
  6. Upon successful verification, a message stating “Certificate Successfully Verified” will be displayed along with the following details:
    • Name
    • Age
    • Gender
    • Beneficiary Reference ID
    • Date of Dose
    • Certificate Issued: Provisional/Final
    • Vaccination at
  7. If the certificate is not genuine, “Certificate Invalid” will be displayed.

InstructionsEdit

  • The Vaccination Centre is responsible for generating your certificate and for providing a printed copy post vaccination on the day of vaccination itself. Please do insist on receiving the certificate at the Centre.
  • For Private Hospitals, the charges for providing a printed copy of the certificate are included in the service charge for vaccination.

Once the Covid-19 vaccination is completed, a certificate is issued to the citizens as a proof of vaccination. The vaccination certificate has a secure QR code to protect it against falsification. The genuineness of the certificate can be authenticated through this procedure.
