Procedure[edit]
- To obtain a Certificate of Having No Children in Macao, visit a Macau SAR Identification Office.
- Fill up an application form. A link is provided under 'Documents to Use' section which you can click to download the form.
- Make sure to sign the form the same way you signed your Macau SAR Resident Identity Card.
- Submit a completed application along with all the required documents. Application can be made by an authorized person by presenting the original and photocopy of applicant's identity card if applicant cannot apply in person.

Required Documents[edit]
- Photocopy of the applicant's BIR, and proof that the Public Security Authority in Mainland is in need of the Certificate of Having No Children in Macao issued by the Identification Services Bureau.
- Completed application form
- For applicants who are holding the electronic Macao SAR Resident Identity Card, DSI will print the facial image of the applicant on the Certificate of Having No Children in Macao. Applicants do not need to submit a photograph for the application
