Procedure

Apply In Person

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant shall approach the State Plant Quarantine Inspection. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
2. You have to submit an application request to the State Plant Quarantine Inspection.
3. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant shall send the application request and Documents to the State Plant Quarantine Inspection.
5. After the application request is processed and accepted, State Plant Quarantine Inspection shall notify the applicant about the further process.

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
