Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. The applicant has to submit an application in form to the Business Licence - Valuation Unit.
2. Visit the following link for Contact Details:Link.
3. The Applicant can download the Form from the following Form Link.
4. Complete the application form with all details.
5. After filling in all the details submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Business Licence - Valuation Unit.
6. Submit supporting evidence to show why the company is no longer operational or in operation.
7. Return the original and current Business Licence Certificate.
8. The system will be updated by a Business Licence Processing Officer to reflect the change in business licence status.
