ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person

  1. To apply for approval for Continuous Professional Development Activity, the applicant should make the application to the Kenya Veterinary Board. Please view the Kenya Veterinary Board contact details through this link Contact details.
  2. The applicant should visit the Kenya Veterinary Board office and obtain the application form for approval (Form 28) at the registration department or the applicant can download the application form directly through this link Application Form 28.
  3. The applicant should dully complete the application form.
  4. Then the applicant should pay the prescribed using the details provided in the “Fees” section below and obtain the payment slip.
  5. Upon making the payment, the applicant should submit the duly completed application form along with the payment receipt to the Kenya Veterinary Board.
  6. The board will receive the application and issue the applicant with the acknowledgment receipt of receiving the application. Note that on the receipt, the applicant will also be issued an application number which should be quoted in all correspondence with the Board.
  7. Then the application will be forwarded to the Continuous Professional Development Activity Committee for an in-depth review.
  8. The committee will access the application and if it meets the required standards for applroval, the committee will approve it.
  9. Then the committee will confirm the approval form 29.
  10. Then the applicant will be registere as a Continuous Professional Development Activity provider.

  • The fees can be paid directly to Cooperative Bank, Westlands Branch, Ac no 01141151721300, and a banking slip presented to KVB. Include your name in the narrative.
