Apply In-Person:

  1. To obtain Commercial Vehicle Registration in person, the applicant has to visit the SAAQ service outlet nearest to their location.
  2. Address and contact information of the offices can be found using the search tool in the following Contact link
  3. The applicant has to visit the office (that is easily accessible from their location) and obtain the form required to be completed, with respect to the status of the vehicle.
  4. While visiting the office, the applicants should carry the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to complete the form with required details under the respective sections and attest it with their signature.
  6. Then, all the required documents should be attached with the completed form and submitted to the relevant official at the office.
  7. While submitting the application form and required documents to the official, the applicant has to make the fees payment through any available mode.

  9. After submitting the application package, the submitted application and attached documents will be assessed and verified.
  10. Processing of the application and assessment of the submitted information takes place for a time period of 10 to 15 business days.
  11. Upon completion of the assessment and verification, the applicant will be intimated through phone or email to collect the Registration Certificate.
