Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To obtain a commercial invoice certificate, you should make your application to the Trade Board Limited (TBL). Please view the TBL Contact details through this link: - TBL Contacts.
2. Visit the TBL office in your location to obtain the commercial invoice application form or download the form directly through this link: - Commercial invoice application form.
3. Complete the commercial invoice form correctly providing all the required details.
4. Go to the TBL office and submit the complete commercial invoice form to the TBL officer at the service desk.
5. The official will verify the details provided in the form to determine if they are correct and valid.
6. After ascertaining the commercial invoice form, the official will certify the information provided on the invoice by signing it.
7. You will then be issued with a valid, certified commercial invoice certificate.
