Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for the University of The West Indies (UWI) development and Endowment fund at the Mona Campus, you should go to the Office of Student Financing at UWI. You can view the contact details of the Office of Student Financing through this link: Link
2. Obtain the application form from the Office of Student Financing. Note there are several scholarships offered at the university by different donors
3. Complete the application form and attach the required supporting documents as required by the specific scholarship you are applying for
4. Submit the complete application to the Office of Student Financing for verification
5. The Office of Student Financing will verify the application and forward it to the responsible donor for assessment
6. The donor awarding the scholarship will assess the application to determine if it meets the required criteria
7. If the application is successful, the funds for the scholarship will be disbursed through the Office of Student Financing or directly to your account

• As arecipient, you will participate in a photoshoot for Public Relations purposes.
• If you receive a scholarship or bursary, you will be expected to write a letter of gratitude to the Donor of this award and provide an academic resume.
