Apply Online - Apply for Importation of Food Additives, Chemicals, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical Products (MOH) Online with Images

1. To apply for the Chemicals and Food Additives import permit, you should apply through the Ministry of Health (MOH) online using the MOH Trade System:Link
2. First, submit the product information for the product you intend to import to the MOH for product evaluation
3. The products information will be evaluated by the MOH relevant authority and you will be issued a report and the requirements need for you to apply for the import permit
4. Proceed and apply for the permit online using the MOH Trade system via this link:Link
5. Enter your user ID and Password if you already have an account or select “Not yet registered” go to the TRS central registration point
6. Provide the User information, Personal Information, Contact Information, account details, and select “Ministry of Health” under “Agency Selection” Then click on “Continue” to go to the next page
7. Choose the permit type i.e., for Pesticide imports, and submit your application for processing
8. Upon submission of the application, you will receive a notification informing you that your registration and your application has been successfully submitted
9. Your registration request will be assessed by the systems administrator at the ministry and an email will be sent informing you of your registration approval within the next 24 hours of submitting your application
10. Once the registration is approved you will be required to enter into your account and complete applying for the import permit and pay the application fee online using a debit or credit card or at the Cashier located at the MOH office and obtain the payment receipt
11. Your application will be assessed by the MOH to verify if it meets the required standard
12. If the application is deemed to be incomplete, the MOH will inform you to provide the required additional and/or information to complete the application
13. If the application is determined to be complete by the MOH will scrutinize the application and decide to approve it or not and if the application is not approved, the MOH will inform you that your application is unsuccessful
14. If the application is approved, the MOH will sign and stamp the permit and assign it a unique permit number
15. You will then be issued the complete import permit
