Apply by Mail

1. To Get Permit or License for Export of Caviar or Meat of Paddlefish or Sturgeon Removed from the Wild under CITES, the applicant has to approach the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Division of Migratory Bird Management. 1. Download and save the electronic form (Section E) to the device Link
2. Fill out the form and save it (upload as an attachment in Step 12).
3. Start Application Online.

5. If the applicant is an existing user, they can login directly using their “Email” and “Password”.
6. If the applicant is a new user, they have to register first by clicking on the “Create an account” option.
7. An applicant has to provide their own email address when they create an account.
8. While registering, applicant has to provide all necessary information in the application form and finally click on “Submit” button.
9. Once the registration is successful, the applicant can login with their “Email” and “Password”.
10. After logging in, the applicant has to choose the service necessary for them.
