- Applicant should make sure to attach all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).

- Fill out the form and save it (upload as an attachment in Step 12).
- Start Application Online.
- The applicant can apply through the following Link

- An applicant has to provide their own email address when they create an account.
- While registering, applicant has to provide all necessary information in the application form and finally click on “Submit” button.

- A copy of the original CITES export permit.
- A copy of the appropriate commercial buyer’s license.
- A copy of any current licences, permits, or other authorizations for commercial fishing activities that have been granted by state or municipal wildlife authorities.
- Copies of each fisher’s State harvest report.
- Copies of documentation showing the transfer of ownership.
- Documentation demonstrating the history of transactions.
- Evidence of every change in ownership from the moment the product was harvested until you bought it.
