Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew for Transporter License in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Transport Office.

3. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
4. Fill out an application form, which can be obtained from their offices.
5. The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. Submit the completed form together with all other required documents to the Transport Licence Board.
8. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the MOT.
9. If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
10. The applicant after seeing the notification can go to the MOT office and applicant get the certificate.
11. The processing time for this procedure takes 2 weeks.
