1. Go to the Drivers Service Center.
2. Complete the necessary application form.
3. Submit the required documents.
4. Have your photo taken.
5. Pay the fee.

Instructions

• The Temporary Identification License is issued to persons whose presence in the United States has been authorized by the federal government for a specific purpose and for a specific period of time.
• Qualified applicants will be issued a photo license document valid only for identification purposes and not for legal operation of any type of motor vehicle.
• The applicant will also have to successfully pass the required vision, knowledge and skills tests where applicable.

You can apply for this license if you are in USA for a short period of time and your presence has been authorized by the Federal government for a specified time and purpose only.
