Apply In-Person:
- To Apply for Early Birth Registration in Ghana, the applicant has to approach the ADA East District Assembly office or Birth and Death Registry Headquarters office.

- Applicants can get their application form from the relevant department.
- Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
- Applicant must make sure to carry all the necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page. (Both photocopies and originals)
- Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the applicant from while submitting it at the office.
- A fee for this late Birth Registration is free of cost.
- If all the above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be viewed by concerned authorities and the applicant will be notified regarding their license.g
- This application will be processed and information will be verified by the BDR office.
- If the verification is successful, notification will be sent to the applicant.
- After seeing this notification, the applicant must go to the respective office and the applicant can get their registration certificate.
- Applicant’s birth certificate will be ready after 14 working days.
