Apply In-Person:
- To Apply for Fast Track Pest Control License in person, the applicant must go to the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) in Ghana Contact Link
- Applicant has to approach the environmental protection agency in Ghana and applicant can get their application form for Pesticides storage facilities license.
- Read through the application form carefully as it contains different section.
- Make sure that his/her have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Application fee details shall be provided by the concerned licensing officer.
- Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the EPA office for verification and processing.
- The EPA will dispatch an inspector to the facility premises for inspection to determine if Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Storage Practice (GSP) during storage and dispatch of product that quality control, and quality assurance of the products is practise.
- A copy of the report finding will be given to the applicant and if any modification or upgrading is required, Corrective Action and Preventive Action Report (CAPA) report will be issued and applicant will be required rectify the problem.
- Upon successful implementation of the CAPA, a follow-up inspection may be conducted by the inspection team to ascertain the effectiveness of the implementation (where applicable).
- If the authorized official is satisfied that all the conditions are meet as required for the processing time for this procedure is 6 months.

- Evidence of payment of the prescribe fee(bank slip)
- Copy of certificate of evidence of eia /emp (if applicable)
- Evidence of professional training in pest control (if applicable)

- The license for Pest control services is provided to a company or firm to allow them to perform commercial pest control operations.
- The license for pest control agency was made mandatory to control the use of hazardous and restricted life-threatening pesticides for commercial use in order to remove harmful insects, rodents, and pests from the life cycle.
