ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. To Obtain Certificate as to Shareholding in Fiji, the applicant has to visit the Registrar Of Companies contact link
  2. Applicant must get the application form from the office and fill it with the required information.
  3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
  4. Documents that are needed to be attached with the form are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant should attach all the documents along with the application form before submitting them at the office.
  6. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
  7. The applicant will be informed via SMS or E-mail regarding the availability of the certificate.
  8. After receiving the notification, the applicant can visit the office to get their document.
  9. If there is no information regarding the certificate being provided by the concerned authorities, then the applicant can visit the office to know the status of the application.

Foreign Companies

  • Photo ID of Individuals
  • Foreign Company Registration Certificate (issued by ROC)
  • Statement of all subsisting charges excluding charges in relation to Property Solely outside Fiji
  • Certified Copy (or if a certified copy cannot be obtained, a copy of the instrument and a statutory declaration confirming it is a true and correct copy) of the charter, statues or memorandum and articles of the foreign company or other instrument constituting or defining the constitution of the foreign company.
  • Signed Directors’ consent by all business name holders if lodged by an agent
  • Latest copy of Foreign Investment Registration Certificate (FIRC)
  • Foreign Company Incorporation Certificate
  • Other relevant supporting Documents
