Apply In-Person:
- To obtain for a Milk Carriage Permit, the applicant has to approach Ministry of Agriculture in Ethiopia location link
- Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office.
- Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
- Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Submit the application form to the relevant office.
- Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
- After the document verification is done the authority will issue the license within 14 days.
- The applicant is intimated to collect the license once it is ready by receiving SMS or E- mail.
