1. To Get Certificate from National Health Professionals Competency Assessment and Licensure Directorate, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of health link
2. To get the certificate, applicant has to pass in 6 type of examination (Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9, Grade 10, Grade 11).
3. Once the applicant has get the result, applicant can get the form from the certificate to get the certificate from the health ministries.
4. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
5. Make sure that the applicant has to attach the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Submit the completed form and the necessary documents to the officer.
7. Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority request.
8. Once the process is completed, the applicant gets the License by visiting the office within in one month.
