Apply In-Person:

  1. Determine the type of Waste Treatment License: In Egypt, the applicant needs to determine the type of waste treatment license the applicant need, as licenses are issued for different types of waste treatment, including hazardous waste, medical waste, and industrial waste.
  2. Contact the local authorities. The applicant should contact the local authorities in the area where they will be treating the waste to determine what is required to obtain a Waste Treatment License link.

  6. A fee for this procedure is has to be paid as per the authority’s request.

  8. Once their application has been submitted and the fee paid, the applicant will need to wait for the local authorities to grant approval of the license.
  9. Upon approval of the license, the local authorities will issue the Waste Treatment License to the applicant.
