Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain Official Extract of Birth Certificate, the applicant has to approach the nearest Immigration office Contact link
2. Applicants can get their application form from the relevant department.
3. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
4. Applicant must make sure to carry all the necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page. (Both photocopies and originals)
5. Fees for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
6. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the applicant from while submitting it at the office.
7. Once the applicant submits all the documents, it is possible to obtain a Birth record from the birth register.
8. This process will take minimum of 14 working days.
