Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain Custom Clearance Certificate, the applicant must approach the Ministry of Industry and Trade contact link
2. Applicant has to visit the authority and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
3. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. No fees are required for this service.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the applicant form while submitting it at the office.
7. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the custom office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the customs clearance certificate approval on a specified date.
10. The processing time is between three to five days. This time may vary depending on the availability and correctness of the information provided.
