Procedure

How to apply

1. You should visit the Caisse Nationale de la Sécurité Sociale (CNSS) office registration department and express your interest.
2. Fill out the application form, which can be obtained from the CNSS office, or CNSS website or click the link below to download (registration CNSS Application form)& (registration AMU Application form)
3. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents (listed below under "Required Documents") to the attending official for verification and processing.
4. Your biometric information will then be taken on site and you will be issued with a Biometric Social Security Card, which has a 13-digit social registration number within a week.

Required Documents

• An original work certificate issued by your employer
• A clear and legible copy of the new CIN in support of the original
• 4 photos of which your name and first name are mentioned on the back
• Employment contract for employees of private services.
