Procedure

How to apply

1. You should visit the Caisse Nationale de la Sécurité Sociale (CNSS) office registration department and express your interest.
2. Fill out the application form, which can be obtained from the CNSS office, or CNSS website or click the link below to download (registration AMU Application form)
3. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents (listed below under "Required Documents") to the attending official for verification and processing.
4. You will be issued with the new biometric social security card, which contain your initial social registration number and data within a 10 minutes.

• Your old social security card in paper-cardboard
• A work certificate delivered by your employer
• A clear and legible copy of the new CIN in support of the original
